• Lisog Open Source Stack

In the Lisog Open Source Stack, Lisog members define common standards to make a complete toolbox of OSS components available for the creation of corporate IT solutions.

 

• Assistance in "going open source"

Lisog connects its members with expert service providers and specialists in fields such as open source strategy, business plans and licensing models, and launching and financing in the open source world; we also support our members with communications campaigns.

 

• Focus on the public sector

Lisog promotes the exchange of ideas and connects its members with open source experts in the public sector. In addition, Lisog is a partner in the pan-European OSEPA project, which wants to advance the use of free and/or open source systems in European public sector organizations.

 

• Events and seminars

Lisog organizes events related to open source topics on a regular basis. For example, in the Lisog Pitch and Lisog Members & Products series, we demonstrate specific solutions developed with open source software. We also organize workshops and seminars about open source topics relevant to eveyday practice, and we host social events like Lisog@night during LinuxTag so members and other interested parties can enjoy a casual get-together.

 

• Public relations

Lisog members can use the Lisog platform for press and public relations work by publishing their latest announcements about open source in the Lisog network. They can also use the speaker placement at Lisog events, trade fairs and conventions.

 

• Networking

Lisog offers its members a variety of possibilities for networking with important players in the open source arena, and for making contacts with potential partners.
